Questions people ask
What happens if a staff member deletes a bill?
Deletion is a permission of its own with a per-person amount limit, and it is off by default. When allowed, the bill is cancelled rather than erased — the record, the reason and the person stay in the audit log permanently.
Can I let a senior cashier give discounts, but only small ones?
Yes — that is exactly what limits are for. Give them the discount permission with a 5% cap. Anything above it needs your PIN, which authorises that one action for 25 seconds and is logged.
