Where is Cartix based?
Cartix is built by Yellowix Technologies in Mannarkkad, Palakkad, Kerala. The contact address is Pazheri Plaza, Kodathippadi. The team offers remote demos and setup for businesses across India; city guides do not represent branch offices.
Can I get a demo and support in Malayalam?
Yes, phone and WhatsApp support is available in Malayalam and English during business hours. Product names can be stored and printed in Malayalam on supported receipts. The desktop interface is English; a Malayalam interface is in progress.
Does it prepare GST figures?
Cartix supports tax invoices, HSN and rate-wise summaries, customer GSTINs and exports for your accountant. It does not file GST returns or generate e-way bills; those remain separate tasks.
Does ₹17,999 cover everything forever?
It buys a perpetual desktop licence for one shop and one counter, including the first care-plan year. Connected services, feature updates and support require ₹4,999/year after year one. Extra counters and Watch are separate. Core offline billing continues if you do not renew.
