Install it on the machine you already have at the counter. It runs offline, so you can try core billing with 3 products and 10 bills before activating a licence. Online setup, sync and connected services need internet.
- 1Install itRun the installer on the machine at your counter. Windows may warn about an unknown publisher on the first install — choose More info, then Run anyway. Later updates install themselves silently.
- 2Put your shop inEnter your shop name and GSTIN, then add up to 3 products in the free trial. After activation, import your full product list from Excel. If you have an export from your old software, send it to us and we will map it for you.
- 3BillScan on F2, search on F3, save on F1. Most owners are billing normally within an hour, and only come back to reports at month-end.

Cartix One for Windows
Complete business software that lives on your shop’s own computer. Billing, stock, purchases, GST reports and printing all run from the shop PC — no internet needed, and nothing stops when the connection drops. Your data stays with you, protected by automatic backups.

- 2Set up and activate onceEnter your shop details and try core billing with 3 products and 10 bills. Activating your licence needs internet one time; after that billing, stock and reports run fully offline.
- 3Add counters on your networkExtra billing counters connect to the shop computer over your local network, so every counter bills from the same data. Backups go to the computer, a USB drive or a network folder, and the app shows when the last one was taken.

Cartix Mobile for Android
Your shop on your phone — live sales, stock, customer dues and MyCartix offers, alongside the counter. A shop with no counter machine can bill on the phone alone.
- 1Download the appTap the button on your Android phone. The file is cartix.apk — Cartix Mobile is not on the Play Store yet, so it comes straight from us.
- 2Allow and installOpen the file. Android asks once to allow installs from your browser or Files app — tap Settings, allow it, go back and tap Install.
- 3Sign in to your shopUse the same shop account as your counter to see live sales, stock and dues on your phone — or start a new shop if you bill only on the phone. New versions arrive inside the app.

Cartix Teams for Android
The app for your shop staff. Look up products and prices, receive and count stock, check deliveries, request barcodes, labels and new products, update the online catalogue, follow tasks and announcements, and run the kitchen display — only the tools the owner allows. Staff never collect money in the app; billing stays at the counter.

- 3Sign in with the staff keyThe owner gives the staff member an app access key in Cartix and picks which tools they can use. The staff member signs in with that key and scans the counter’s check-in QR. New versions arrive inside the app.

Cartix Fields for Android
The app for salesmen on the road. Follow the day’s beat, book orders at each shop with your prices, quantity rates and offers, collect payments with a receipt, and hand the cash batch over at the end of the day. It works without internet — orders and collections wait on the phone and reach your Cartix when the signal is back.

The order-taking app for captains and waiters. Pick the table, enter guests, add items in English or Malayalam and send them to the kitchen — the KOT prints at the counter. Track each batch, see what is ready to serve and request the bill, all connected to your restaurant’s Cartix. Orders are kept on the phone if the internet drops and go out when it is back.
