Does Cartix automatically sync with Tally?
A direct Tally XML integration is not advertised as shipping. Review the available sales, purchase and GST exports with your accountant; do not assume an automatic two-way integration.
What should I check before moving to Cartix?
Bring a product export, your scanner and printer models, an example invoice and a list of required workflows. Ask the team to demonstrate import, returns, credit, offline billing and rewards. Keep the old software available for historical records; a demo request does not migrate your business.
